Known for his collaborative, results-oriented leadership style, Roberto is passionate about developing high-performing teams, fostering professional growth, and building cultures of excellence. He combines strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, enabling him to lead effectively at both executive and operational levels.

Fabián Calle es politólogo y especialista en seguridad y defensa internacional. Tiene dos Maestrías en Relaciones Internacionales (Universidad de Bolonia y FLACSO), es candidato a Doctor en Historia (UTDT) y realizó una especialización en la National Defense University de Washington D.C. Docente en universidades como UTDT, UCEMA y la Escuela Superior de Guerra Conjunta, también fue asesor del Ministerio de Defensa y del ex Ministro Jaunarena, e investigador fellow de la Fundación Ford y CONICET. Actualmente lidera el área de Defensa en Codesur y es columnista en DEF Magazine y DEF TV.
